some random thoughts and updates...

i know.. initially, one of my earlier posts, i did talked about wanting to leave JGC. However, i have already rejected the interview at my church's kindergarten. I'm still more interested with dealing with children of age 3 years and below. They're very fun to be with and to talk to.. :) and also.. JGC's pay is definitely much better than the ones from other childcare centres or kindergarten.. so.. oh well.. i guess i'll still stay on for a couple more yrs before leaving to study full time again...

Today.. i had great fun in class.. taking pictures and poking fun with my kids in the class.. when i look at the pictures i took with them.. i cant help but to keep smiling at myself.. just the thought of them brightens up my day.. thou rite now i'm SUPER DUPER HUNGRY. but.. it's so late already.. think i'll just drink a glass of milk before i go to bed.. and good thing.. it's my off day tmr..

Now that my DPT (Dip in Pre-school Teaching) course has finally ended. FINALLY. i've got no more night classes, i'm gonna start my running routine again.. as well as spend some time to do my assignments and do some reading and when time permit, i'll go watch my friend perform at her SuperBand Competition. :) kk.. think i'll go now.. too hungry to type anymore... more updates coming up.. stay in tune.. :)

Last week of school Term

In a blink of an eye, 10 weeks of the school term is coming to an end. Unknowingly, i have been assisting Claire @ Chiltern House @ Big splash! for 3 months. I really thank god for the favour i find in my colleagues, children and parents. On my first day of work for the new term in June @ the Big splash's centre, i was pretty confused and lost. Because, for the past 2 years of my working life in Julia Gabriel, my week has always started on a tuesday. But, the playclub prog at Big Splash starts on a monday. So initially, i was pretty confused and had to keep checking with either the parents or colleagues what day is it today? haha.. anyway, today was my first party day at East Coast's Playclub. It was fun and interesting. We wanted to go to the beach. But unfortunately, the weather didnt allow us to do that. By the end of the 2nd class, it was POURING HEAVILY. Thank God we were not at the beach. Or else everyone will get soaked in the rain.

Received a couple of Teachers' Day presents from a few parents since yesterday. ranging from make up set to cookies, and ornaments etc. Frankly speaking, i DO NOT MIND what presents i will get at all. It is the thoughts that count. Is it not? Anyway, i really appreciate the care and concern as well as the affirmation i received from the parents throughout the term. Thanks people! :)

Also, never have i thought that i can continue writing and updating my blog so faithfully till now.. i'm amazed by myself too.. haha.. i thought it'd be just yet another thing (blogging) which i wanna do at that moment. But, yup yup.. good for me.. i still continue to write despite the busy schedules. :) Cant wait for tmr to come. cant wait to see my darlings in class.. i wonder what will they dress up as? will upload more pics of my children and i on party day soon.. gotta go slp.. having a pretty bad headache now.. dun wanna miss work tmr. cya!
