a terrible + Disasterous attempt of home-cooked meal...

baa.. i wanted to cook smth nice for mummy.. in turn, when she came back, she scolded me for not asking her how i should steam the chicken thigh, why is there so much water in the "wok", why didnt i add garlic and ginger so on so forth.. haiz... yea.. so what did i cook? or rather, ATTEMPTED to cook..


all i wanted to cook, is my mummy's favourite dish, "Chu Mi fen with yong tao fu" + steamed chicken thigh

HAIZZZZ.... BUT APPARENTLY, IT FAILED TERRIBLY. She said tt e soup was too salty till it's a little BITTER!!!

*SOBZ*

6 "DEADLY" MISTAKES THAT I'D MADE.. :(

1. DO NOT OVER FRY THE "IKAN BILLIES"
2. ADD IN THE VEGETABLES A LITTLE TOO EARLY
3. REMEMBER TO ADD GINGER AND GARLIC WHILE STEAMING THE CHICKEN THIGH
4. DO NOT PUT IN THE PRAWNS TOO EARLY
5. DO NOT OVERESTIMATE THE AMOUNT OF NOODLES YOU PLAN TO COOK
6. ADD MORE WATER!!!

Haizz.. will try harder the next time round then... :P

PS: always remember to mop the floor more than 4 times.. yea.. i got scolded for not mopping it better.. the floor was still a little oily.. haiz...................
