14th and 15th March..

these 2 days had been really exciting for me!!! on the 14th March, wenyao and his cell grp invited me along to celebrate wenyao's 22nd birthday! :) though it was a belated one, but it's alright. I was pretty nervous initially. cuz i do not know most of his cell group friends? and i'm not sure how open are they to welcoming new pple. but darling (wenyao) was really nice. he kept assuring me that the cell grp themselves are even more excited to see me! lol.. anyway, darling and i were early. so we sat down in SMU's campus to wait for the rest of them to arrive. oh! oh! cuz we're mtg at the settler's cafe @ SMU that day. anyway, when they have finally arrived, darling and i decided to make our way down to go look for them. i was a little shocked to see so many of them. BUT! i really really thank God that everyone was super friendly! i could chat with them, and click with them just like that! *happy* soon after, we were having so much fun there, taking pictures, chatting, playing games. oh! and it was a last min thing! Rose, Doreen and I decided to give darling a surprise. Rose went to get dear a cake from raffles hotel? then when she came back, i went to meet up with her and got the staff to switch off the light and brought in the cake. it's not very helpful to have such an intelligent boyfriend i must say. so, as much as i would love to go with Rose to the buy the cake, i cant. cuz if not dear will definitely ask for me and soon realised what was happening. anyway.. he kinda guessed it. so in order to make us feel good that we managed to surprise him, he decided to play along.. haizz.. nvm.. at least the getting the cake part was a huge success. haha.. thank you Rose. i decided to omit out the part whereby we were pretty unhappy that our food came late and it wasnt served hot. cuz this is supposed to be a joyous occasion? so yea. i choose to remember and to jot down the happy moments. :) i gave darling 3 surprises! first, some balloons which i got one of the really cool parents i have in class who so happened to be a balloon sculptor (and brought the balloons in for the class for term end party that day) to make a heart and a goldfish for darling. though the goldfish kinda didnt work out, cuz one of the part burst? lol.. anyway, 2nd, i bought darling kinder surprise! so he ate it, and we opened up the toy portion together to see wad's in it. haha.. quite pre-school.. but i love it! :P 3rd, i got him presents. 2 t-shirts. though i think he didnt expect any presents from me? or did he? maybe he did. given his intelligence. nvm. anyway.. so tat's for the 14th March.

15th March:

after church, dear and i made our way down to Joyce's birthday party @ her house. Joyce is actually dear's cell grp friend, Nichloas's girlfriend. she's also from Glory Pres Church, but is in a diff cell grp as dear and gang. so we were like one one the first few to reach. slowly, when the pple came, we were all sitting round the tepanyaki table. ready to cook! oh my! i was hungry! so Benita and bf, Adam, Dear, Sam and I shared a table. there was a wide spread! Beef, Chicken, Fish, Salmon (Dear and my fave!!!), Cuttlefish, noodles, etc.. and yea.. my darling can cook!!!!! He cooked Hokkien Mee!!!!! my goodness! It tastes really good! *slurp!* haha.. thou i stood far far away when he was chopping up the garlic and frying them. i hate garlic! so does he actually.. hee.. anyway, we were having so much fun, chit chatting, and cooking and eating. thereafter, we went to cut the cake, took some pictures and played Taboo! (singapore version). it was a Men Vs Women thingie. lol.. anyway, in the end, the ladies won! Hurray!!! thereafter, Dear, Christina, Benita, Michelle and myself drove over to Mich's place for more games. we had so much fun and laughter! and i even broke the record for collecting the most number of cow heads.. -_-" objective is to collect as little as possible? but u noe, me being me, muddlehead and silly me, made some wrong moves and collected 201 cow heads in total! *slaps forehead!* nvm. anyway, i bought a pack of the cards from Michelle. so yup yup. shall play it with my cell grp one of these days. oh oh! and on this coming Wed, i'll be mtg up with the girls, Sing lynn, Christina, Doreen, Rose and myself. We're gonna have a sort of like girls' cell bonding kinda thing. lol. i'm not in their cell? but that's fine. they invited me anyway. hee. oh but yesterday, i do felt quite bad for having so much fun at Mich's place till i forgot the timing. cuz i have got no work? but dear has. and he still gotta drive me home. :( sorry darling. you went home so late again yesterday. i'll promise to take note of the timing next time k? :) ok! think that's all for now. gotta let yee use the comp. and i need to get ready to go out with san. take care!
